Strict Rental Hours & Closing: Celebrations run from 5:00 PM with a strict closing time of 11:30 PM. All music, festivities, and guest departures must conclude promptly by 11:30 PM.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon reservation to confirm and hold your celebration date. Pricing and deposit terms are detailed upon booking inquiry.
Hall Checkout & Deposit Return Requirements: To receive your full deposit back, the hall must be returned in the exact same condition it was provided. All trash must be removed from the premises and all trash cans emptied, including the bathroom trash cans. Tables and chairs must be left organized.
Decorations & Surface Protection: All decorations MUST be removed from ceiling and walls. Using nails, staples, pins, or tacks is strictly prohibited as it damages surfaces or removes paint.
Prohibited Items & Damages: Fireworks or pyrotechnics of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Any damage to venue furniture, linens, walls, or equipment may result in partial or full loss of deposit.
Deposit Inspection & Refund: The security deposit will be returned promptly after a post-event inspection of the property, provided all rental conditions are met.
Included Amenities & Additional Services: Every hall rental includes setup tables, chairs, and fresh tablecloths. Additional services—including commercial food warmers, party sound system, custom table decorations, and themed balloon backdrops—are available upon request for an extra price.
Guest Capacity & Catering: Our salon comfortably accommodates up to 75 guests maximum for safety and fire code compliance. Hosts are welcome to bring outside catering, homemade dishes, celebration cakes, and refreshments.
